• 1983
  The company began with a focus on manufacturing electrical cabinets and control panels using sheet metal. Guided by a philosophy of sustainable development, Hwaguo has always prioritized product quality, reliable service, and timely delivery.

• 1991
  Hwaguo relocated to the Taichung Industrial Park to enhance efficiency and service capabilities. This move was accompanied by the introduction of a CAD/CAM networked sheet metal system, marking a step forward in technological integration.

• 1995
  An investment of 20 million was made to bring the first Japanese laser processing machine to Taiwan, enabling Hwaguo to enter the precision machinery sheet metal sector.

• 1997
  The company entered the aviation industry, collaborating with ITRI to develop aerospace sheet metal components. During this period, Hwaguo also achieved ISO9001 quality certification, underscoring its dedication to international standards.

• 1998
  TFI Taiwan Fylin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the research, development, and manufacturing of aerospace sheet metal components. With its TFI brand, the group obtained FAA design and manufacturing approval for air containers, pallets, and cargo nets, promoting Taiwan’s aerospace products on a global scale.

• 2011
  A new factory was inaugurated in the Taichung City Precision Machinery Innovation Technology Park. Hwaguo invested 50 million in advanced sheet metal production equipment and systems, upgrading to a digitalized automatic production system and mesh management. These enhancements in both software and hardware significantly improved industrial production efficiency and quality, moving the company towards Industry 3.0.

• 2015
  Hwaguo was honored with the Taichung City Golden Hand Award for outstanding SMEs, recognizing its achievements and contributions to the industry.

• 2018
  Celebrating its 35th anniversary, Hwaguo marked a new chapter by expanding its business internationally.
